AN Almoradi resident had a Saturday afternoon to forget when he slipped and fell into an irrigation ditch in the town.
Almoradi firefighters and local police officers were called into the help the young man get out of the drain after he broke his left leg in the fall.
The unidentified man was taken to the Vega Baja Hospital after initially being treated at the scene.
