A LOTTERY ticket holder in the Orihuela area can sit back and relax for the rest of his or her life, after scooping a bumper pay out in the latest ONCE charity draw last weekend.A ticket sold from a kiosk on Avenida Teodomiro in Orihuela City had the lucky number of 87291 on it, which means the holder gets a 300 thousand euro bumper payout plus five thousand euros a month for the next 20 years.
