Sharp drop in tourist complaints

Benidormtouristinfo
COMPLAINTS by foreign tourists visiting Benidorm fell by 12% last year, according to the latest data released by SATE, the Foreign Tourist Assistance Service. This represents an overall fall of almost a quarter since 2017, despite an increase in people visiting the SATE office for other reasons such as general enquiries. Mayor Toni Perez said that the resort had good reason to be satisfied with these results and showed that collaboration with all arms of tourism and security was working well. Over 4,200 tourists from outside of Spain visited the SATE offices in 2019 which have recently moved to a more prominent location in the Rincon de Loix where many British in particular choose to stay.
