SAT Animal Rescue last week opened its new charity shop in Los Montesinos on Calle Alejo Martínez, after spending a decade in the town at its previous location on Avenida del Mar.
Los Montesinos mayor José Manuel Butrón(pictured-left) helped to cut the tape as the revamped shop takes its place in a network of six outlets across the south of the Costa Blanca from the first store opened in Guardamar in 2005 through to the new shop opened last year in Gran Alacant.
SAT Animal Rescue has helped to rescue around nine thousand dogs since it was formed, and future fundraising events include a Variety Show at the Vista Lounge Cafe Bar in Quesada this Sunday afternoon from 3.30 pm, and a Dinner Dance on Saturday, March 7th at Restaurante Los Rosales in Campo de Guardamar.
