England´s women play their first T20 World Cup game against South Africa in Perth on Sunday at midday(Spanish time), looking to copy the exploits of the men, who secured a T-20 series over three enthralling matches away to South Africa on Sunday.
The World Cup begins on Friday with the hosts Australia taking on India at the Sydney Showground, with other matches taking place in Canberra and Melbourne.
Teams are divided into two groups with Australia, New Zealand, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh in pool A, and England, West Indies, South Africa, Pakistan, Thailand in pool B.
The top two sides in each group go into the semi-finals, with the final taking place at Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday, March 8th.
