AS the weather warms up and people turn to outdoor activities, just a reminder that Albir is one of the places lucky enough to hold their market at the weekend. The Sunday market is held at the large car park about halfway down Bulevard dels Musics and along with local fresh fruit and vegetables there are bakery stalls, charcutarias and a selection of cloths and household goods. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants close by when you want to put your feet up after browsing the market. The outdoor market in the town of Alfaz del Pi is on a Friday morning with many of the same attractions.
