A VARIETY show in aid of raising money for a cancer charity has helped to take the overall total banked to over 11 thousand euros.F.A.B. (Fighting Against Breast Cancer) is a Vega Baja-based fund-raising group run by a group of ladies who have had or have been affected by breast cancer. The group recently staged a finale show called 'For One Night Only' at San Fulgencio´s Cardenal Belluga Theatre with the aiming of hitting their final target of 10 thousand euros, which had been raised through monthly events.
They easily beat that, with the money going to the AECC charity, with Maria Wilson from the Pink Ladies group accepting a cheque on behalf of the AECC.
