Exotic shopping through July
THERE will be a souk - an Arab market - in Javea’s Montañar de Xabia each weekend in July. The location is the Montgo di Bongo outlet and 20 exhibitors will will be displaying a range of fashion, accessories, craft and décor as well as seasonal items such as swimwear and t-shirts. The first market is 6 July and then every Saturday and Sunday through the month. Opening hours are 11am to 9pm, including lunchtime, and admission is free for all members of the public. Organisers say that this is an excellent opportunity for shoppers to enjoy an exclusive environment right on the beach front.
